The study was carried out on the civil aviation sector, which has an important and strategic importance in terms of financial and employed persons. In this study, job satisfaction and life satisfaction were discussed as predictors of quality of life. The effect of job satisfaction on life satisfaction was examined, and it was also examined whether job satisfaction and life satisfaction differed according to demographic variables. Data related to the study were collected from 403 civil aviation ground services employees through a questionnaire. The universe of the research consists of civil aviation ground services personnel working in Gaziantep. Descriptive statistics, t-test, anova analysis and regression analysis were used for data analysis. According to the results of the analysis, it was seen that there was a significant difference in job satisfaction of the civil aviation sector employees in terms of gender, marital status, education level, and working time. In terms of life satisfaction, it was seen that there was a significant difference in terms of gender, marital status, educational status, and working time. In addition, it was determined that the job satisfaction of the employees and the life satisfaction of the employees explain approximately 73% of the total variance.
