Abstract:

The new edition of the Dede Korkut Book, which came to the face through Veli Muhammad Hoca, was presented to the reader with three independent works in our country. This valuable text, which is presented to the reader with different names, such as Günbet Writing, Turkistan/Turkmen Sahra Nüshası, of three works published in the summer of 2019, will be the subject of many studies. The sculpture text that tells that Kazan Han has won the name has a separate importance because Kazan’s old name is Deli Dönmez, along with some of his huns. The story of "Kazan's name gain" in the 17th edition of the day will be compared to the story of "Kazan" in our work in Shecere-i Terâkime. Our work is based on the assessment of Kazan's "Kazan" name in the center of Dede Korkut stories and the story in the form of Kazan's name winning. Dede Korkut is a question why the "head-cutting and blood-winning" which appears as a condition for the hero's nomination in the texts of Dede Korkut is not valid in Kazan's nomination, this study asks and tries to solve.
