Bu çalışmada; Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi öğrencilerinin, spor takımı evangelizmi algılarının çeşitli değişkenlere göre göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Atatürk Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubu ise Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde okuyan öğrencilerin, tesadüfi yöntemle belirlenmiş 265’i erkek 162’si kadın olmak üzere toplam 427 katılımcıdan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma da iki bölümden oluşan anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Birinci bölümde katılımcılara demografik özelliklerinin olduğu sorular kullanıldı. İkinci bölümde, Dwyer, Greenhalgh ve LeCrom (2015) tarafından geliştirilen Spor Takımı Evangelizmi (Fangelizm) Ölçeği, toplam 14 maddeden 4 alt boyuttan ve 5’li Likert biçiminde oluşmaktadır. Türkçeye uyarlanması ise Yüksekbilgili (2017) tarafından yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, spor takımı evangelizmi algı durumu (p=,014*) cinsiyet değişkenine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılığa sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Gelir düzeyi açısından ise, spor takımı evangelizm algı durumunda (p=,170) herhangi bir anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamıştır. Yapılan korelasyon analizi sonucunda ise, kışkırtma boyutu ile özümsemek boyutu arasında (r = ,919) yüksek düzeyde ve pozitif yönde bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.
This study aims to study the students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, the sports team’s perceptions of evangelism according to various variables. The universe of study is formed by the students of the Ataturk University School of Sports Sciences. The sample group consists of a total of 427 participants, including 265 men and 162 women, randomly identified students studying at the Faculty of Sports Sciences. The research was also used by an survey technique consisting of two sections. In the first section, the participants were asked about their demographic characteristics. In the second part, the Sports Team Evangelism (Fangelism) Scale, developed by Dwyer, Greenhalgh and LeCrom (2015) consists of a total of 14 items in 4 sub-dimensions and 5 in Likert form. The adaptation to Turkey was made by High Knowledge (2017) . The results of the analysis have found that the sports team has a statistically significant difference in the status of the perception of evangelism (p=,014*) according to the gender variable. In terms of income level, the sports team has not found any significant differences in the case of evangelism perception (p=,170) . As a result of the correlation analysis, a relationship between the excitement size and the absorption size (r = ,919) was found at a high level and in a positive direction.
In this study; It is aimed to examine the perceptions of sports team evangelism according to various variables of the students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences. Questionnaire technique consisting of two parts was used in the research. In the first part, questions with demographic characteristics of the participants were used. In the second part, Sports Team Evangelism (Fangelism) Scale developed by Dwyer, Greenhalgh and LeCrom (2015) consists of 14 items, 4 sub-dimensions and 5-point Likert format. It was adapted into Turkish by Yüksekbilgili (2017). As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the perception status of sports team evangelism (p=.014*) had a statistically significant difference according to the gender variable. In terms of income level, no significant difference was found in the perception of sports team evangelism (p=.170). As a result of the correlation analysis, a high and positive correlation was found between the provocation dimension and the assimilation dimension (r = .919).
