Giriş: Bu çalışmada genç erişkin sporcu ve sedanterlerde cinsiyet ve sigaranm kemik mineral yoğunluğu (KMY) ,na etkisi araşttrlldı. Materya/ ve metod:Bu çalışma, gönüllü erkek ve bayan sporcu ve sedanterlerde (18-25 yaş) yapıldı, Denekler önce toplam, sigara içen [sig (+)) ve sigara içmeyen [sig (-)) olarak üç gruba, daha sonra her grup da karma, erkek ve bayan denek, karma, erkek ve bayan sporcu ve karma, erkek ve bayan sedanter olmak üzere dokuz gruba aynıdı. Deneklerin yaş, cinsiyet, ve sigara içme özellikleri bir anketle belirlendi. Dual energy x-ray absorbtiometry yöntemi ile bel omurgası (O), sağ (RF) ve sol femur (LF), sağ (RK) ve sol ön kol (LK) KMY ölçümleri yap/ld/. Bulgular veSonuç Toplam sedanter O, sig (-) sedanter O ve RF ve sig (+) lüm guruplann O ve sedanterlen'n RK ve LK KMY' leri han'ç, erkeklerin KMY değerleri bayanlannkinden anlamlı olarak daha büyüklü. Sig (-) ler ile sig (+) lerin KMY' len' arasmda anlamlı fark yoktu. Sig (+) bayan denek LF ve bayan sporcu RF ve LF araSindaki pozitif ilişki d/şmda sigara sayıs/ ile KMY arasmda ilişki bulunmadı. Sonuç olarak, cinsiyet KMY üzerinde önemli etkiye sahiptir. Materla/and method:This study was carried out on volunteered male and female athletes and sedentary subjects (aged 18 and 25 years). Subjects were first divided into three groups totals, smokings [s (+)' s], nonsmokings [s (-)' sj Then each group was divided into nine groups mixed, male and female subject. mixed, male and female athlete, and sedentarymixed, -male and -female. Body weight, height, age, sport age and smoking charecteristics were determined with an inquiry. Lumbar venebra (V), right (RF) and left femur (LF), and n'ght (RA) and left forearm (LA) BMD's were assessed with dual-energy x-ray absorbtiometry method. Results and discussion BMD values of the males were significantly higher than that of the females except total sedentary V, sedentary s (-) V and RF, all s (+) V, and sedentary s (+) RA and LA BMD' S. There was no significant difference between BMD value$olof the s (-)' s' and that of the s (+)' s'. No correlation was found between cigarette number and BMD, except the positive correlations between cigarette number and s (+) female subject LF and female athlete RF and LF BMD' s. Introduction: In this study, young adult athletes and sedaners were studied the impact on gender and smoking bone mineral intensity (KMY). Materials/ and methods:This study was conducted in volunteer male and female athletes and sedanters (18-25 years old), the examiners were first in total, smoking [sig (+)) and non-smoking [sig (-)) in three groups, then each group was the same in nine groups, including karma, male and female, karma, male and female athletes and karma, male and female sedanters. The age, gender, and smoking characteristics of the respondents were determined by a survey. With the dual energy x-ray absorbtiometry method, make the back spine (O), right (RF) and left femur (LF), right (RK) and left front arm (LK) KMY measurements/ld/.
