Araştırmanın amacı, spor bilimleri öğrencilerinin sosyal medya bağımlılığını ve sağlıklı beslenme tutumlarını incelemektir. Iğdır Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Yüksekokulu’nda öğrenim gören toplam 279 145 kadın, 134 erkek öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verilerini toplamak için Şahin, 2018 tarafından geliştirilen “Sosyal medya bağımlılığı ölçeği” ile Tekkurşun Demir, ve Cicioğlu 2019 tarafından geliştirilen “Sağlıklı beslenmeye ilişkin tutum ölçeği” SBİTÖ ve araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır. Veriler online olarak google form aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçekler 5’li likert tipi bir ölçektir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çarpıklık ve basıklık skewness and kurtosis değerlerine bakılarak verilerin normal dağılıma sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. The aim of the study is to examine the social media addiction and nutritional attitudes of sportsscience students. A total of 279 145 female, 134 male students studying at Iğdır University Physical Education and School were formed. In order to collect the data of the study, the "Social media addiction scale" developed by Şahin 2018 , the "Attitudetowards healthy eating scale" developed by Tekkurşun Demir and Cicioğlu 2019 and the "Personal Information Form" created by the researcherswere used.
