This research was carried out to examine the relationship between attitudes towards gender roles and self-perception of pregnants. It has been conducted with a web-based descriptive and relationship seeking feature with 257 participants. The research data were collected using the Introductory Information Form and the Self-Perception of Pregnant Scale and the Gender Roles Attitude Scale. In the study, it was found that there is a statistically significant difference between the motherhood perception subscale and age, educational status, employment status, family type, spouse’s education status, gestational week, birth history and the effect of pregnancy on marriage (p <0.05). It was concluded that there was a statistically significant difference between body perception subdimension and educational status (p <0.05). It was concluded that there is a weakly significant correlation between the mean scores of the gender roles scale and the motherhood perception in the positive direction (0.296, p ≤0.001) and the body perception in the negative direction (-0.254, p ≤0.001).
