In this study, it is aimed to determine the level of change fatigue of health workers working in family health centers and to examine the relationships between variables on change fatigue, psychological resilience and job satisfaction. In this context, research data were obtained from nurses, midwives and physicians working in family health centers in Erzincan via questionnaire method. The sample selection was not preferred in the research, and the data collection procedure was ended by reaching 162 of the 180 employees who made up the universe. The obtained data were transferred to the computer environment and analyzed as using the SPSS 22.0 package program. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the level of job satisfaction of the participants was moderate, and the levels of change fatigue and psychological resilience were above moderate. As a result of the regression analysis, it was determined that there was no statistically significant relationship between change fatigue and psychological resilience variable, and there were negatively significant relationships between job satisfaction and change fatigue, and positive relationships between psychological resilience. In addition, psychological resilience, job satisfaction, personal and organizational variables accounted for 55.5% of the total variance in change fatigue it was revealed that change fatigue, job satisfaction, personal and organizational variables explained 59.4% of the total variance in psychological resilience, and change fatigue, psychological resilience, personal and organizational variables explained 67.7% of the total variance in job satisfaction. On the other hand, it has been determined that the level of change fatigue decreases with the increase in the total working time of health workers, and the psychological resilience levels of women are lower than men and undergraduate and associate degree graduates are lower than postgraduate graduates.
