Abstract:

Günümüzde birey için vazgeçilmez bir ürün olan ilaç, hastalıkların tedavisinde önemli bir araçtır. Ancak kişilik haklarının korunmasının ve vazgeçilmez nitelikte olmasının bir sonucu olarak hastanın tedaviye rıza göstermesi gerekmektedir. İlaç kullanımı da tedavi sürecinin bir parçasıdır. Tedaviye rıza gösterme bu nedenle aynı zamanda ilaç kullanımında da seçimi hastaya bırakmaktadır. Hastanın kendisi içindoğru kararı verebilmesi ise hekim ve eczacı tarafından aydınlatılması ile olacaktır. İlaç hakkında hekim ve eczacının hastayı aydınlatma yükümlülüklerinin yerine getirilmesi ise akılcı ilaç kullanımını sağlayacaktır. Akılcı ilaç kullanımı da içinde zarar doğruma riskini barındıran ilacın kullanımının zarara neden olma olasılığınıaza indirecektir.
