Today, most of the organizations have to comply with rational organization changes, in order to survive. During this adaptation period, the ultimate importance is the organizational culture itself. Whether leadership has an impact on the existing organizational culture has been researched in this study. The main objective of this study is to discover the organizational culture of the employees and the effects of leadership efforts on organizational culture. With this main objective, the subsequent objectives of the research are to discover how the employees perceive their leaders and what kind of a relationship there is between the organizational culture and the leadership exposed. This research has been achieved with the help of employees from 4 and 5 star hotels and airline agents located in Muğla. Data was gathered by applying a questionnaire to these employees. Tests of the reliability, frequency, independent t-test, correlation and multiple regressions have been used in data analysis process. The results obtained from this analysis have shown that leadership behaviors have characterized the large majority of the organizational culture. As a conclusion, this shows that leadership behaviors impact the organizational culture and this impact generates a positive result
