Özet:

The words and sentences are the words that bring and report the value of knowledge that the language has in the word existence, the history and culture of society, to future generations. The meanings of these forms are not directly linked to the meanings of the self-creating objects. But the people’s names that pass in them, by being part of the meaning created as a whole, both reinforce the new knowledge produced and provide cultural continuity. The special names in the phrase and phrase were identified by scanning from the dictionaries and works related to this topic. These are classified as names in themselves; land names; people names; ethnic identity and membership. The name of the place in the words and sentences was previously published as a separate article. In this article, the names of the people are discussed. In this study, after brief information was given about the speeches and phrases, the people who passed through them were grouped according to their qualities, starting from the compiled material. The speech and phrases in which the people's names pass, along with the explanations and meanings given in the sources, were alphabetically arranged. In the words and statements of the article, 314 people were named. 16 of them are those who have lived, who have a religious affairs or who are associated with religious culture; 67 are living, historical or historical personalities; 231 are the names of any person who cannot be identified whether they have lived or not. Through this study, it was attempted to report which people’s names were used in speeches and phrases; to determine the indicators that people who lived together in the past or those who were in the minds of society received in the language; to show the cultural existence formed in the language-society-person name triangle.
