Time is one of the biggest problems in human history. People with a short lifespan need more time and therefore desire to be immortal. Therefore, people develop new technologies to use time more efficiently and discuss whether machines can think like humans. Artificial intelligence, which is one of the strong examples of technological developments, pervades all areas of our lives with analytical analysis and cognitive abilities. This situation also shows itself in the field of art. In recent years, artificial intelligence has become one of the new working areas of graphic design art and provides services to consumers by using it in all areas of graphic art such as logo and web design. These studies with artificial intelligence have revealed some questions and problems by evaluating the productivity, originality and functionality of graphic design products in terms of design criteria. In addition, the graphic design works created with artificial intelligence by artists and customers have brought the designer identity into question. In this study, the effect of artificial intelligence on graphic design and designer is examined and the connection between the concepts in terms of technology is discussed.
