Edebiyat ve müzik gibi sanat olgularıyla müsemma olan âşıklık geleneği, Türk sözlü kültür ürünlerinin yaşatıldığı önemli bir mecradır. Değişim üzerinde önemli bir rol oynayan zaman ve mekân dinamikleri şüphesiz âşıklık geleneği karşısında da değişime yönelik belirleyiciliğini ortaya koymuştur. Sözlü kültür ortamı ile başlayan geleneğe yazılı kültür ortamı, teknolojinin gelişimiyle birlikte ise elektronik kültür ortamı olarak nitelendirilen üçüncü bir icra ortamı dâhil olmuştur. Araştırmanın temel amacı, âşıklık geleneğinde değişen icra mekânının ve yeni nesil âşık modelinin dinleyici kitle üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Bu temel amaç doğrultusunda sosyal medyayı icra ortamı olarak kullanan ve günümüz popüler âşıklarından olan Âşık Orhan Üstündağ ile oğlu pop müzik sanatçısı İsrafil Üstündağ’ın 6 seri halindeki atışmaları ele alınmıştır. Baba ve oğul, atışmalarını elektronik ortama taşımalarıyla birlikte, izlenme sayısı ve videoların altına yazılan yorumlardan anlaşıldığı üzere geleneğe meraklı dinleyici kitle ile beraber geleneğe uzak ve farklı müzik türlerini dinleyen kitleye de ulaşmayı başarmışlardır. Atışmalarda içerik olarak değişen kültürü ve kuşak çatışmasını temsil eder nitelikte gelenek-modernite, aşk-para, yaşlılık-gençlik gibi konular işlenmiş ve dörtlükler halinde hece ölçülerine ve kafiyelere dikkat edilerek gerçekleştirilmiştir. Atışmalar müzikal bağlamda ayrıca incelenmiş ve atışmaların tamamının kırık hava türünde olduğu ve bunun dışında en fazla Uşşak makam dizisinde, diyapazona göre en fazla fa karar sesinde, en fazla 4 ses genişliğinde, en fazla 4/4’lük usûlde, atışmaların tamamının Andante, yani ağırca-ağıra yakın tempoda olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öte yandan atışmaların güfteleri edebî açıdan derinlemesine bir analize tabii tutulmamakla birlikte hece ölçüleri ve kafiye düzenleri açılarından da incelenmiştir.
The tradition of minstrelsy, which is compatible with art phenomena such as literature and music, is an important medium where Turkish oral culture products are kept alive. The dynamics of time and space, which play an important role on change, have undoubtedly revealed their decisiveness towards change in the face of the tradition of minstrelsy. In the tradition that started with the oral culture medium, written culture medium and then with the development of technology, a third performance medium described as the electronic culture have been included. The main purpose of the research is to reveal the effect of the changing performance space in the minstrel tradition and the new generation minstrel model on the audience. In line with this main purpose, 6 series of call-and-response duets between Minstrel Orhan Üstündağ and his son, pop music artist İsrafil Üstündağ, who use social media as a performance medium and are one of today's popular minstrels, are performed. As it can be understood from the number of views and the comments written under the videos, the father and son managed to reach the audience that is far from the tradition and listens to different types of music, as well as the audience interested in the tradition. It represents the changing culture and generation conflict in content in the skirmishes; Subjects such as tradition-modernity, love-money, old age-youth were handled and were carried out in quatrains by paying attention to syllable measures and rhymes. The quarrels were also examined in the musical context, and it was observed that all were in the Turkish folk music, in the Uşşak maqam scale, at the most F tonality according to the diapason, at the most 4 sound wide, at the most 4/4 ryhtm, all of them were Andante, that is, heavy, it has been concluded that it is at a near-heavy pace. On the other hand, although the lyrics of the quarrels were not analyzed in depth in terms of literature, they were also examined in terms of syllable measures.
