Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin eğitim programı okuryazarlık yeterliklerini algılarının ölçülmesinde kullanılabilecek bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri 304’ü kadın, 362’si erkek olmak üzere toplam 666 öğretmenden toplanan veriler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin faktör yapısını ortaya koymak için veri setine açımlayıcı faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Faktör analizi sonucunda 36 maddeden oluşan, toplam varyansın %60,345’ni açıklayan dört faktörlü bir ölçek ortaya çıkmıştır. Ölçeğin, KMO uyum değeri .97, Bartlett küresellik testi ise X2= 22212,871 p<.05 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu değerler veri setinin faktörleştirmeye uygun olduğunu ve örneklem büyüklüğünün mükemmel düzeyde olduğunu göstermektedir. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı .97, Guttman güvenirlik katsayısı .89 ve Spearman korelasyon katsayısı ise .89 hesaplanmıştır. Ölçek maddelerinin ayırt ediciliğini belirlemek amacıyla üst grup ve alt grup ortalama puanları arasındaki fark bağımsız gruplar t-testi ile hesaplanmıştır. Yapılan hesaplamada elde edilen değerlerinin 27,23-55,40 arasında değiştiği ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu (p<.001) anlaşılmıştır. Tüm ölçek maddeleri için düzeltilmiş madde toplam korelasyonlarının .49 ile .74 arasında değer aldığı görülmüştür. Ölçeğin tamamı ile alt faktörleri arasındaki korelasyonlar .60-.93 arasında değiştiği ve ölçeğin geneli ile alt faktörleri arasında p=<0,01 anlamlılık düzeyinde pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğunu belirlenmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğuna karar verilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to develop a scale that can be used to measure the teachers' educational program's literary skills in their perceptions. The validity and reliability analysis of the scale was done on data collected from a total of 666 teachers, including 304 women and 362 men. A factor analysis was applied to the data set to reveal the factor structure of the measurement. The factor analysis revealed a four-factor scale consisting of 36 substances, which describes 60.345% of the total variance. The measurement is calculated as .97 and the Bartlett globality test is X2=22212,871; p<.05. These values indicate that the data set is suitable for factoring and that the sample size is at an excellent level. The Cronbach Alpha reliability ratio of the scale. Guttman's reliability ratio is .89 and Spearman's correlation ratio is .89. In order to determine the differentiability of the measurement substances, the difference between the top group and the sub-group average points is calculated by the independent group t-test. It is understood that the values obtained in the calculation varied between 27.23-55.40 and statistically meaningful (p<.001). For all scale matters, the total correlations of corrected matters were found to be between .49 and .74. The correlations between the whole and the subfactors of the scale are determined to vary between .60-93 and to have a positive relation between the general and the subfactors of the scale at the level of significance p=<0,01. The analysis has found that the scale is valid and reliable.
