With the rapid development of information technologies in recent years, corporate websites have become an indispensable part of commerce. Therefore, the quality of websites is very important and should always be of good quality. In this study, the integrated methods AHP and TOPSIS were used to measure the quality and performance of websites. The criteria weights obtained by the AHP method were used for the TOPSIS technique on the websites of 28 textile companies and ranked from best to worst. The websites were evaluated in terms of seven criteria and logistics activities. As a result, it has been determined that Turkuaz Tekstil uses the website best in terms of marketing communication and there are two companies that share information about logistics activities. This study contributes to the literature by enabling researchers to better understand the theory behind the problem of website evaluation and empowering companies to design customer-oriented websites.
