Websites have become indispensable for trade today as information technologies advance rapidly. Websites are where the first interaction takes place with customers. They are the shop windows which people refer to when they need to get information about the business. Therefore, websites should be of high quality in order that they can attract customers’ attention and have a long-lasting impression on them. Determination of the best website is considered to be a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem because it is a process involving various criteria. This study evaluates websites of companies in logistics by EDAS (Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution), a multi criteria decision making (MCDM) method. In order to determine the criteria that websites should have and evaluate the quality of websites, an application was carried out. Based on the 11 criteria, the websites of 7 logistic firms were evaluated. Omsan Logistics was found to have the best website as a result.
