Yazı insanlık tarihinde varoluştan itibaren oluşum gösteren ve bir ideografik anlam barındıran yazılı bir anlatım dilidir. İnsanların kolaylıkla birbiriyle iletişime geçebilmesi, olayları, durumları aktarabilmesi için gelişimini her daim sürdürmüştür. Yazının icadı ile beraber farklı anlatım teknikleri ve biçimlemeler meydana gelmiştir. Her topluluğun kendine öz bir anlatım tekniği, yazı biçimi oluşmuşutr. Toplumların konar göçer bir hayat yaşamaları neticesinde pek çok kültürlenmeye maruz kaldıkları bilinmektedir. Toplumlara özgü oluşan yazı ve dil yapısı sayesinde her toplum bu durumdan etkilenmiştir. Bu bağlamda da Türk milletide bulunduğu bölge, yaşadığı coğrafya, yaşanılan dinler, kültürler ve medeniyetler doğrultusunda da farklı alfabeleri kullanmışlardır. Latin alfabesi Türk milletinin son alfabesi olmuş ve geçerliliğinide hala korumaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra Türk milletinin dini inancından dolayı Arap alfabesinin halen günlük yaşamda etkileri sürmektedir. Arap alfabesinden esinlenerek eserler üretmiş ve günümüz sanatçıları da eser üretmeye devam etmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, yazının anlamlandırılmasından ve farklı biçimlere dönüştürülerek kullanılmasından yola çıkılmıştır. Kullanılan yazı biçimlerinden Türk alfabesinde yer edinmiş yazı türlerine yer verilmiştir. Örnekleme alınan güncel sanat eserlerinde Arap alfabesinin alıntılanması, esere dönüşümü ve aktarımının farklı biçimlerde oluşumunu saptamak için bu çalışma ortaya çıkmıştır. Makale kapsamında görsel analizler, okumalar ve litaratür taramaları yapılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler neticesinde yazının anlamlandırılması ve plastik sanatlar alanında kullanımına dair örneklere yer verilmiştir. Günümüz çağdaş sanatçılarından örneklendirmeler yapılarak eserler incenlenmiştir. Bu çalışma çağdaş sanatta arap yazısınının günümüz Türk sanatçıları tarafından kullanımı ve yorumunu ortaya koymaktadır.
Writing is a written narrative language that has been formed since its existence in human history and has an ideographical meaning. It has always evolved so that people can easily communicate with each other, to transmit events, situations. With the invention of the book, different narrative techniques and formations have occurred. Each community has its own narrative technique, a form of writing. It is known that the communities are exposed to many culturalizations as a result of living a migratory life. Through the writing and language structure that is specific to the societies, every society is influenced by this situation. In this context, the region in which the Turkish nation is located, the geography in which it lives, the religions, cultures and civilizations are also used different alphabets. The Latin alphabet has become the last alphabet of the Turkish nation and remains in its validity. In addition, because of the religious belief of the Turkish people, the Arab alphabet is still influenced by everyday life. Inspired by the Arabic alphabet, he has produced works and today's artists continue to produce works. The purpose of this research is to understand the text and to convert it into different forms of use. The forms of writing used in the Turkish alphabet are listed. This study appeared to determine the formation of the citation of the Arab alphabet in the present works of art, converting it to work and transmitting it in different forms. In the framework of the article, the data was collected through visual analyses, readings and literature scans. The data obtained resulted in examples of the interpretation of the text and its use in the field of plastic arts. The works of contemporary artists have been studied. This work shows the use and interpretation of Arabic writing in contemporary art by today's Turkish artists.
Writing is a written expression language formed since the existence of the history of humanity and has an ideographic meaning. It has always continued its development to communicate with each other and convey events and situations easily. With the invention of writing, different expression techniques and formats have emerged. Each community has its own narrative technique and writing style.Societies have been exposed to several acculturations due to living a nomadic life. Thanks to the writing and language structure that is unique to societies, every society has been affected by this sitation. In this context, the Turkish nation has used many letters in line with their region ,geography, religions, cultures, and civilizations Four of these letters were actively used. However, the Latin letter was the Turkish nation’s last letter ,and it still maintains its validity. Additionally, due to the religious belief of the Turkish nation, they also included Arabic letters. They produced works inspired by Arabic letters and today's artists continue to produce works. This research aims to explain the text and use it by transforming it into different forms. The fonts used in the Turkish letter are included. This study has emerged in order to determine the different forms of quoting, transformation and transfer of the Arabic letter in the sampled contemporary works of art. Within the scope of the article, data were collected by making visual analyses, readings and literature reviews. As a result of the data obtained, examples of the meaning of writing and its use in plastic arts are stated. The works of today's contemporary artists were examined using examples. This study reveals the use and interpretation of the Arabic script in contemporary art by contemporary Turkish artists.
