Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul yöneticilerinin otantik liderlik davranışları ile öğretmenlerin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları ve örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesidir. Yöntem olarak ilişkisel tarama modelinin kullanıldığı bu araştırmanın evrenini 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılında Sivas il merkezindeki resmi anaokulu, ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan toplam 3814 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise orantılı tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 760 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen kişisel bilgi formunun yanı sıra “Otantik Liderlik Ölçeği”, “Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Ölçeği” ve “Öğretmenler İçin Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre okul yöneticileri sık sık otantik liderlik davranışları sergilemektedir. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları sergilemelerine yönelik algıları ise tamamen katılıyorum düzeyindedir. Öğretmenlerin yaşları arttıkça sergiledikleri örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları da düzenli olarak artmaktadır. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between school administrators’ organizational leadership behaviors, organizational citizenship behaviors and their organizational commitment levels. 3814 teachers working in the official kindergarten, primary, secondary and high schools in the city center of Sivas in the academic year of 2016-2017 constitute the universe of this research, in which the relational screening model was used. The sample of the study consists of 760 teachers determined by the proportional stratified sampling method. In addition to the personal information form developed by the researcher, the “Authentic Leadership Scale”, “Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale” and “Teachers' Organizational Commitment Scale” were used as data collection tools. According to the research results, school administrators often exhibit authentic leadership behaviors. Teachers' perceptions of exhibiting organizational citizenship behaviors are in the level of “I completely agree”. As the age of teachers increases, their organizational citizenship behaviors also increase regularly.
The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between authentic leadership behaviors of school managers and the organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers and the levels of organizational commitment. The universe of this research, where the relative scan model is used as a method, is made up of a total of 3814 teachers who work in the official kindergarten, primary school, secondary school and high school in the 2016-2017 educational year. The sample of the study is composed of 760 teachers identified by the proportional layer sample method. In the research, the personal information form developed by the researcher as a tool for data collection, as well as the "Authentique Leadership Scale", "Organized Citizenship Behavior Scale" and "Organized Responsibility Scale for Teachers" were used. Research finds that school managers often show authentic leadership behaviors. The perception of the teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior is completely in agreement. The age of teachers increases and the organizational citizenship behavior they show is also increasing regularly.
