Covid-19 pandemi süreci kısa zamanda tüm dünyayı etkisi altına almıştır. Pandemi süreci eğitimde bazı aksaklıkların ve değişikliklerin yaşanmasına sebebiyet vermiştir. Bu süreçte olumsuzlukların en aza indirilmesi amaçlanarak eğitimde sürekliliğin sağlanması için ani bir şekilde uzaktan eğitim sistemine geçilmiştir. Yaşanan bu ani değişiklik öğretmen ve öğrencilere çeşitli zorluklar getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı olarak görev yapan bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitime yönelik karşılaştıkları sorunlar, uzaktan eğitimin verimliliği ve uzaktan eğitim sistemine ait görüşlerinin açığa çıkartılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Nitel araştırma olarak yürütülen çalışmaya farklı devlet okullarında görev yapan 12 kadın ve 9 erkek toplam 21 bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenleri katılmıştır. Araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme yönteminden ölçüt örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenlerinin fikir ve görüşlerine ulaşılmıştır. Görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenlerinden elde edilen bulgularda uzaktan eğitimde alt yapı eksikliğinden dolayı internet ve teknolojik cihazlara ulaşmada zorluk yaşanıldığı belirtilmiştir. Bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenleri, öğrencileri ile iletişimlerinin örgün eğitimde olduğu gibi anlık ve hızlı olmadığını belirtmişlerdir. Bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenleri uzaktan eğitimin öğrencilerde yaparak ve yaşayarak desteklenmesi gerektiği görüşündedir. Ayrıca bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenleri normalleşme sürecine ani bir şekilde değil yavaş ve kademeli olarak geçilmesi gerektiği görüşünde olduklarını belirtmişlerdir.
The Covid 19 pandemic process has affected the whole world in a short time. The pandemic process has created disruptions and changes in education.nİn order to reduce consequences of this process as much as possible, distance. Education system has been put in place to ensure the continuity of education. Because of these sudden changes students and teachers have faced many difficulties. The aim of this study is to reveal the problems met by ICT teachers under the Ministry of National Education and to know the advantages and views about distance education. In this work, qualitative research phenomenology method has been used. In the work realised as qualitative research 12 women 9 men in total 21 ICT teachers participated. İn the work purposeful sampling method has been used as purpositive sampling .By taking the views of specialists a semi-structured interview form was prepared to reach the İdeas and views of informatic teachers.The datas obtained from the interviews has been solved by the content analysis method. In the data obtained from the ICT teachers , they stated that due to the lack of infrastructure, they have difficulties acessing internet and technlogical devices. ICT teachers stated the fact that their communication with students in distance education system is not instantaneous and as fast as in formal education system. ICT teachers are of the opinion that distance education does not support psycho-motor development on students, unlike cognitive skills. In addition, it was stated that ICT teachers were of the opinion that the normalization process should be slow and gradual, not sudden.
