Osmanlı Devleti’nde, mahkemede alınan kararlar olan zabtlar ve merkezden gelen suretler şer’iyye sicillerinde kayıt altına alınmıştır. Siciller içerdiği bilgiler açısından bölgesel tarih çalışmalarında önemli kaynaklardır. Bu çalışmada Rodoscuk/Tekirdağ’a ait hicri 1074-1076 miladi 1664-1666 yıllarını muhteva eden 1599 numaralı Rodoscuk Şer’iyye Sicili’nin transkripsiyonu yapılıp, elde edilen belgeler ışığında veriler analiz edilmiştir. Kayıt altına alınan belgelerin %80’ini zabtlar %20’sini de suretler oluşturmaktadır. Zabtların içinde büyük çoğunluğu mesken satışları, bağ ve bağçe satışları, miras taksimleri ve terekelerden oluşmaktadır. Sicilde köle azatları ve vakıflara yapılan hibe hüccetleri de azımsanmayacak seviyededir. Zımmîlerin de yaşadığı Rodoscuk’ta müslümanlar ve zımmîler arasında kayıda geçmiş herhangi bir dava yoktur. Zımmîlerin kendi mahalleleri olmasına rağmen, bu dönemde zımmîlerin ve müslümanların aynı mahallelerde yaşadıkları ve ticaretle uğraştıkları kayıt altına alınmıştır. Defterde ki kayıtlar yıllara göre ayrı ayrı tasnif edilmiştir. Yıllara göre ayrılan belgeler zabt ve suretler olarak listelenmiştir. 1075 yılı kayıtlarında Ramazan ayı en az işlem yapılan aydır. Bu ayda en dikkat çekici zabt kaydı Yahudi kadının kölesinin azat hüccetidir. Sicilde çok rastlanmayan dava örnekleri ise tarihleri ve sayfa numaraları verilerek okuyucuya sunulmuştur. Rodoscuk Şer’iyye sicilinin tanıtımı sayesinde bölgenin o dönemi hakkında sosyal, kültürel ve iktisadi açıdan bilgileri verilmiş, bu bilgiler ışığında Rodoscuk Kazası hakkında değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirmelerin gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalarla daha değerli hale gelip daha geniş analizler yapılmasını mümkün kılacağı kaçınılmazdır.
In the Ottoman State, the judgments made in the court and the forms from the center were recorded in the records of the Sheriff. The records are important sources in regional history studies in terms of the information they contain. In this study, Rodoscuk / Tekirdağ's 1540 numbered Sharia Registry which contain information about years of 1664-1666 was transcribed and the data were analyzed in the light of the documents obtained. In Rodoscuk where there are Dhimmis, there are no cases recorded between the Muslims and the non-Muslims. Despite the fact that the Dhimmis had their own neighborhoods, it was noted that during this period, the Dhimmis and the Muslims lived in the same neighborhoods and engaged in trade. The records in the book are classified separately according to the years. The documents arranged according to years are listed as official record (zabt) and copies (suret). In the year 1075, the holly Ramadan is the lowest operand month. In this holly month, the most remarkable official report (zabt) record is the hüccet of the slave of the Jewish woman. The case examples which are not found in the registry are presented to the reader by giving their dates and page numbers. The information of social, cultural and economic lives of the region can be obtained thanks to the introduction of Sharia Registry and because of this information, evaluations were made about the Rodoscuk district. It is inevitable that the evaluations will be made more valuable by future studies and further analysis will be possible.
