Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to be able to identify the problems that the administrators who work in the Diyarbakır or Kayapınar district Primary Education institutions are experiencing in relation to their organizational commitments and make suggestions for the solution of these problems. This research is done according to the method of research. The universe of research, 2018-2019 Education-Teaching Year, is formed by administrators who work in Primary Education institutions in Diyarbakır or Kayapınar district. The data of the study was collected with semi-configured interview questions. In order to collect the data necessary for this research, the school administrators who are willing to participate in the research were given interview questions consisting of two sections. In the first section, there are three questions about the Demographic characteristics of the participants. In the second section, there are seven questions about the organizational commitments of the participants. The answers obtained from the interview work in this study were analyzed by visual statistics.
