Abstract:

Ahmet Haşim poems, which have a unique place in Turkish literature, can be analyzed in many ways. It seems possible to read, make sense of and analyze Ahmet Haşim's poems, especially Yollar and O Belde, who have created a unique style and meaning universe in his poems, because the starting point of the utopian space created in O Belde poetry is in the Yollar poem. This situation allows the two poems to be discussed with each other in terms of both expression and content. The analysis of poems directly from each other inevitably brings the concept of self-referentiality to the fore. The concept of self-referentiality, which can be defined as the utterance subject's reference to his own texts in the context of literary texts, is extremely important for analyzing the poems of Yollar and O Belde both in terms of style and content. In this study, the concept of self-referentiality was prioritized to explain the two texts with each other, and the concepts of intertextuality, especially allusion and rewriting, were used within the limits of the study for the full analysis of the texts. Because self-referentiality also introduces the concept of intertextuality and these concepts find their counterparts in texts as self-rewriting and self-allusion. In addition, the concepts of repetition and foregrounding of semio-stylistic were used, and the relations of the texts at the level of narrativeness were examined. Through these concepts, the texts have been analyzed both in surface and deep structure and the self-referential relationship between them has been tried to be revealed.
