The aim of the study is to determine whether the differences in the organizational silence behavior of X, Y and Z generations employees are effective in terms of demographic characteristics. The data obtained using the Survey Method in the study was evaluated by the SPSS 20.0 package program. Identifying statistics that indicate percentages and frequencies were used in the analysis of the survey data. The hypotheses developed in accordance with the purpose of the study were tested with the Independent Two Examples T Test and One Direction Variance Analysis (ANOVA). According to the results obtained from the analysis, there was no significant difference between the dimensions of protection silence and protection silence, which are the underdimensions of organizational silence, and the generation in which the workers were, while there was a significant difference between the receptor silence and the X, Y and Z generations. In this scope, the receptive silence points of employees in the X-generation are higher than those in the Y and Z-generation. Also, the organizational silence behaviors of the employees involved in the study show significant differences according to their civic status and level of education.
