Technology in education and training is a concept that brings technical knowledge. With the use of this concept in language teaching, the permanence and effectiveness of the skills increase. Writing process in teaching Turkish to foreigners consists of alphabet, word, sentence, paragraph and text stages. In each of these stages, there are gains that the student should acquire. Paragraph is one of the most important units that make up the text consisting of sentences. However, the student must reach the sentence level in order to create a paragraph. In order to save the phrase “paragraphs are formed by the combination of sentences” from being a paragraph that is just a pile of sentences, the logic of the concept of paragraph should be taught to the students and they should be guided to create correct paragraphs. This study is a qualitative research. The aim of the study is to design the MindMaster program supported course materials for paragraph writing in teaching Turkish as a foreign language. The Mindmaster program, which is a Web2.0 tool that can be easily used by instructors in teaching Turkish to foreigners, has been introduced in the research. The steps to be followed in the introduction of the program are given in detail. Course materials were designed on how the MindMaster program can be used in paragraph teaching. In the selected paragraph types, Tok's (2015, pp.889-912) classification of paragraph types is based. According to the seven paragraph types in this classification, the examples of activities that can be done with the MindMaster program are given together with the grade level, required time, purpose, evaluation method and course materials to be used.
