Kültürel değerler, psikolojik sermaye ve kariyer uyum yeteneği arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymak amacıyla Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi İ.İ.B.F, Mimarlık ve Mühendislik, Veteriner, Sağlık Bilimleri ve Eğitim fakültelerinden 2. ve 4/5. Sınıfta eğitimine devam eden 1086 öğrenci üzerinde anket yöntemi kullanılarak bir saha araştırması yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre değerler, bireyin hem psikolojik sermayesi hem de kariyer uyum yeteneği üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahiptir. Ayrıca psikolojik sermayenin kariyer uyum yeteneği üzerinde de doğrudan etkisi görülmektedir. Değerlerden öz aşmışlık ve değişime açıklık boyutlarının hem psikolojik sermaye hem de kariyer uyum yeteneği üzerinde en fazla etkiye sahip olan değerler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında psikolojik sermaye boyutlarından umut ve öz yeterlilik boyutlarının kariyer uyum yeteneği üzerindeki etkisinin yüksek olduğu gözlenmiştir. Demografik değişkenler bağlamında yapılan fark analizi sonuçlarına göre ise katılımcıların çocukluklarının geçtiği yerleşim yeri ve cinsiyet ayrımı açısından değer yönelimi, psikolojik sermaye ve kariyer uyum yeteneğinde anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir.
In order to reveal the relationship between cultural values, psychological capital and career adaptability, Mehmet Akif Ersoy University I.I.B.F, Faculty of Architecture and Engineering, Veterinary, Health Sciences and Education 2 and 4/5. A field research was conducted using the survey method for 1086 students who continued their training in the classroom. According to the findings of the research, values have a significant impact on both the individual’s psychological capital and the career adaptability. It also has a direct impact on the career adaptability of psychological capital. It has been found that the dimensions of self-excellence and transparency to change are values that have a great impact on both the psychological capital and the ability to adapt to career. In addition, the psychological capital dimensions have been observed that the impact of hope and self-capacity dimensions on career adaptability is high. According to the results of the differential analysis in the context of demographic variables, significant differences have been identified in terms of the place of residence and gender differences in which the participants have passed their childhood; value orientation, psychological capital and career adaptation.
In order to determine the relationship between cultural values, psychological capital and career adaptability, questionnaire method was applied to 1086 students of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University who were educated in the 2nd and 4/5th faculties of F.E.A.S. Architecture and Engineering, Veterinary, Health Sciences and Education faculties. According to the findings of the research, the values have a significant effect on both psychological capital and career adaptability of the individual. In addition, psychological capital has a direct effect on career adaptability. It has been determined that the self-transcendence and openness to change are the values that have the greatest influence on both psychological capital and career adaptability. In addition, it has been observed that the psychological capital's hope and self-efficacy dimensions have a high effect on career adaptability. According to the results of the difference analysis made in the context of demographic variables, significant differences were found in the value orientation, the psychological capital and the career adaptability in terms of settlement area and gender discrimination of the participants' children. But there is no significant difference in the context of the grade.
