İlkokul Müdürlerinin Bakış Açısıyla Kapsayıcı Eğitim

Abstract:

Bu araştırma ile ilkokullarda görev yapan okul müdürlerinin kapsayıcı eğitim konusundaki bilgi düzeylerinin, değerlendirme ve kurumlarındaki uygulamalarının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışmasının kullanıldığı bu araştırmada, veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla Bursa ili merkezindeki iki ilçeden ölçüt örnekleme tekniği ile belirlenen ilkokullarda görev yapan 15 okul müdürü ile görüşmeler yapılarak elde edilmiştir. Verilerin betimsel analizi sonucunda; kurum müdürlerinin kapsayıcı eğitim konusunda farkındalıklarının kısa süre önce aldıkları hizmet içi eğitimden dolayı arttığı, alınan hizmet içi eğitimi nitelikli olarak değerlendirdikleri, kurumlarındaki uygulamaların MEB tarafından yürütülmesinin istendiği çalışmalar ile sınırlı kaldığı belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak kurum müdürlerinin dezavantajlı öğrenciler konusunda bilgi düzeylerinin arttırılması, kapsayıcı eğitim anlayışının yaygınlaştırılması ve bu amaçla kurumlarda yapılacak farklı uygulamalar için eğitimin tüm paydaşları ile fikir alışverişlerinde bulunulması önerilmektedir.

This research aims to reveal the level of knowledge, assessment and practice of school managers in primary schools on the subject of comprehensive education. In this study, in which the status study is used from the quality research methods, the data was obtained by conducting conversations with 15 school directors who work in primary schools determined by the standard sample technique from two districts in the center of the city of Bursa through the semi-structured conversation form. As a result of the visual analysis of the data, it has been determined that the institutional managers have increased their awareness of comprehensive training due to the service training they received recently, they qualify for the service training they received, the practice in their institutions is limited to the work they are required to be carried out by the MEB. As a result, it is recommended that institutional managers increase their level of knowledge about disadvantaged students, spread the comprehensive understanding of education and exchange ideas with all stakeholders of education for different practices to be done in the institutions for this purpose.
