Abstract:

This study aimed to investigate the impact of Total Quality Management Organizational Commitment. The sample of the study consisted of public and private organizations in the county. Designated work places have been left a total of 500, 330 pieces of questionnaire forms were included in the questionnaire of this research. Demographic characteristics of the survey used to collect data on those who fill in the questionnaire survey, Total Quality Management and the three-dimensional scale Meyer Allen Organizational Commitment Questionnaire was used. Questions of the participants are assumed to fill sincerely without being under any influence. According to the findings; A strong positive correlation between emotional commitment to Total Quality Management, Total Quality Management is a positive relationship between moderate and normative commitment were identified. The findings obtained by the Total Quality Management and Organizational Commitment will show you a way to work in enterprises
