Bu araştırmanın amacı ortaokulda görev yapan öğretmenlerin adanmışlık düzeyleri ile bu öğretmenlerin aynı okullarda bulunan öğrencilerin aitlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma, Giriş, Kuramsal Çerçeve, Yöntem, Bulgu ve Yorumlar ile Sonuç, Tartışma ve Öneriler olmak üzere beş ana bölümden oluşmaktadır ve ilişkisel tarama modelindedir. 2013-2014 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul İli, Beylikdüzü İlçesinde görev yapmakta olan ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesi yöntem modeli ile seçilen 265 öğretmen ve 816 öğrenciye, öğretmenlerin adanmışlık düzeyleri hakkındaki algılarını belirlemek, adanmışlık düzeylerini belirlemek ve öğrencilerin aitlik düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla 2 farklı anket 4 farklı ölçme aracı uygulanarak veri toplanmıştır. İlk anketin birinci bölümünde ‘’Öğretmenlerin Demografik Özellikleri’’, İkinci bölümünde ‘’Öğretmenlerin Örgütsel Adanmışlık Ölçeği’’ yer almaktadır. İkinci anketin ilk bölümünde ‘’Öğrencilerin Demografik Özellikleri’’, ikinci bölümünde ise ‘’Öğrencilerin Aitlik Düzeyi’’ yer almaktadır. Toplanan veriler yüzde, frekans, hiyerarşik regresyon analizi, tek yönlü ANOVA ve korelasyon analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular, sanıldığı gibi sosyo-ekonomik düzey değiştikçe öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin okula aidiyetlerinin değişmediği, öğrencilerin okula aidiyetleri ile öğretmenlerin okula aidiyetlerinin sosyo-ekonomik düzey ile ilgili olmadığıdır.
the purpose of this research consists of five main chapters in secondary school teachers to determine the relationship levels of students in the same schools. the research entry is composed of a theoretical framework method finding and comments and conclusion discussions and recommendations, and the relationship screening model is in the 20132014 educational teaching in istanbul ili in the district of civilization, which is located in the “economic intelligence method model, selected by 265 teachers and 816 students to determine the perceptions of teachers about their dedication levels, and to determine the values of the students’ vocational findings in the field of the second level of researches, which are determined by the second level of different researches in the chapters of demographics
The objective of this study is to determine the relation between the level of commitment of secondary school teachers and their students’ level of belongingness at the schools. The study is composed of five main chapters: research, introduction, theoretical framework, technique, findings and comment and conclusion, discussion and suggestions and relational scanning model is used. In 2013-2014 academic year in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, data has been collected by giving two different questionnaires to 265 teachers and 816 students picked by accessible sampling process model in order to determine the perception of the teachers about the level of commitment, to determine the level of their commitment and to determine the level of the students’ belongingness and four different assessment tools have been used. Demographic features of the teachers are on the first part of the first questionnaire and Organizational Commitment Scale of Teachers is on the second part. Students’ demographic features are on the first part of the second questionnaire and the level of belongingness of the students is on the second part. The collected data has been analysed by percentage, frequency, hierarchical regression analysis, One-way ANOVA and correlation. According to the data that has been collected, as the socio-economic level changes, the belongingness of the students and the teachers has not changed. The data has shown that the belongingness of both students and teachers has nothing to do with the level of socio-economic level.
