Bu araştırmada, tablet pc destekli fen ve teknoloji dersine yönelik ilkokul 4. ve 5. sınıf öğrenci velilerinin tutumlarının belirleyebilmek için likert tipi geçerli ve güvenilir bir tutum ölçeğinin geliştirilmesi ve bu ölçek kapsamında öğrenci velilerinin tutumlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ölçeğin geliştirilmesi aşamasında alanyazındaki mevcut ölçekler incelenmiş olup, bu çalışmalardan yola çıkılarak özgün tutum maddeleri belirlenerek taslak ölçek oluşturulmuştur. Taslak ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları Uşak İl Merkezi İlköğretim 4. ve 5. sınıfta okuyan öğrenci velilerinden 134 öğrenci velisine uygulanarak yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin kapsam geçerliliği uzman görüşleri alınarak sağlanmıştır. Yapı geçerliliği için faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Ölçekte yer alan maddelerin Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin değeri 0.84 ve Bartlett’s testi anlamlılık değeri ise 0.00 bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin Cronbach’s alpha güvenirlik katsayısı 0.88 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ölçekte 12 olumlu, 10 olumsuz olmak üzere toplamda 22 madde bulunmaktadır. Tüm bu aşamalardan sonra geliştirilen ölçek, Uşak ili merkez Yaşar Akar ilköğretim okulundaki 27 deney, 27 kontrol grubu olmak üzere toplam 54 öğrenci velisine uygulanmıştır. Fen ve teknoloji dersi, kontrol grubundaki öğrencilere geleneksel yöntemlerle işlenirken, deney grubundaki öğrencilere ise tablet pc ve akıllı tahta desteğiyle işlenmiştir. Araştırmada betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmış olup, ölçekten elde edilen veriler SPSS 17 paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin anlamlılığını belirlemek için frekans dağılımı, ikili karşılaştırmalar için t-testi, Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar testi, ikiden fazla karşılaştırmalar için tek yönlü varyans analizi ve demografik özellikler ile sorular arasındaki ilişkilerin belirlenmesi için ise Pearson momentler korelasyon çarpımı analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, fen ve teknoloji dersini tablet bilgisayar desteği ile gören deney grubu öğrenci velilerinin, derslerde tablet pc kullanımının okullarda öğreticilik, uygulanabilirlik ve öğrenci seviyesinde anlaşılabilirlik performansı bakımından faydalı gördükleri tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca tablet pc destekli eğitim gören öğrenci veli tutumlarının, deney grubu lehine pozitif ve anlamlı seviyede bir artış olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, the aim is to develop a valid and reliable attitude scale to determine the attitudes of primary school 4th and 5th-class students to the tablet pc-backed science and technology course and to determine the attitudes of students' tutors within this scale. At the stage of the development of the scale, the existing scales in the area have been studied, and from these studies, the original attitude materials have been determined and the draft scale has been created. The draft scale validity and reliability studies have been carried out by applying 134 students from the students who study in Primary Education 4 and 5 classes. The scale of the scale is guaranteed by the expert opinion. Factor analysis for the validity of the building. The measurement was caused by the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value of 0.84 and Bartlett's test value of 0.00. The Cronbach's alpha reliability ratio of the measurement is 0.88. There are 12 positive and 10 negative items in total. The scale developed after all these stages has been applied to a total of 54 students, including 27 experiments in the Primary School, 27 control groups. The Science and Technology lessons are processed by traditional methods for students in the control group, while students in the experiment group are processed with the support of tablet PC and smart board. The study used a visual scanning model and the data obtained from the scale was analyzed using the SPSS 17 package program. To determine the significance of the data, the frequency distribution, the t-test for binary comparisons, the Wilcoxon Signed sequence test, the one-way variance analysis for more than two comparisons and the determination of the relationships between demographic characteristics and questions, the Pearson moments correlation fraction analysis were performed. According to the study, the experimental group of students who saw the course of science and technology with tablet computer support found that the use of tablet pc in classes was beneficial in terms of teaching, applicability and student-level understanding performance. It has also been found that the student's tutor attitudes that are trained with tablet PC supported have a positive and meaningful increase in the benefit of the experimental group.
In this research, in order to determine the attitudes of parents of primary school students in fourth and fifth grade toward tablet pc supported science and technology courses, the development of valid and reliable likert-type attitude scale and the determination of the attitudes of parents of students in that scale are aimed. Existing scales examined during the development of the scale and the basis of these studies original attitudes were determined and the draft scale was established. The validity and reliability studies of draft scale were done by applying to 134 parents of students who are studying in fourth and fifth grade in the schools where located in the city center of Usak. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value of the items in the scale was 0.84 and Bartlett's test of significance value was found to 0.00. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was found to be 0.88. Scale, 12 positive, 10 negative and has a total of 22 substances. The scale which was developed after all these steps, applied to 27 experiment, 27 control and a total of 54 parents of students in the Yasar Akar primary school of Usak province. Science and technology courses are processed by conventional methods to students in the control group while the students in the experimental group was treated with the support of the tablet pc and smart boards. In the research, the descriptive model is used and the datas obtained from the scale were analysed by SPSS 17 package software. To determine the significance of the datas frequency distribution was used. The t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test were used for pairwise comparisons, for more than two comparisons one way variant analysis was used. To determine the relationship between demographic characteristics and questions, Pearson moments correlation product analysis was applied. At the end of the study it is determined that parents of students who are in the experimental group identified the tablet pc usage in the courses beneficial in terms of trainer, applicability in the schools and student performance at the level of ineligibility. In addition, the attitudes of parents of students who are studying with the support of tablet pc were found to be positive and significant increase in level in favour of the experimental group.
