faAbstract: The existence of grammatical, inflectional, syntactic, and structural similarities among different languages is a controversial and worth considering issue. In this area, for long, scientific studies have been conducted by linguists and experts who have an outstanding position within the realm of linguistics. One of the research methods which is employed in different areas of science especially literature and linguistics is comparative design. In fact, comparison enjoys widespread popularity in the studies of language, literature and human thoughts. A contrastive analysis of the syntax and structure of Turkish, Persian, and Urdu languages was deemed to provide us with insights into specific, reliable and inter-grammatical features of these languages. Therefore, this study was an attempt to account for the inter-grammatical relations, language components, linguistic features, and different aspects of the similarities and differences observed between these three languages in terms of inflectional and syntactic issues contributing to the regional and world literature prospects. This study was funded by the University of Tehran under the research project “Comparative Linguistic Investigation of Turkish, Persian and Urdu Languages” during a visiting scholarship to Istanbul University.
