The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a meaningful relationship between organizational culture and organizational climate perceptions and organizational silence behaviors of health sector employees. The sample of the study is composed of 411 health professionals working in the health sector in Adana. The data obtained in the study were analyzed with PSPP 0.10.2 statistical software packages by using various statistical methods and testing techniques (frequency distribution, mean, t-test, ANOVA, regression and correlation) for the purpose of research. Significance level was accepted as 0.05. In the study, it was concluded that employees' perceptions of organizational culture and organizational climate are positively and weakly related to organizational silence perceptions. It has also been found out that organizational culture has a weak effect on organizational silence.
