Rapid changes in medical practices in the last few years have outstandingly accelerated the conduct of surveys aiming to measure perceptions, work-related attitudes and behaviors of employees in health sector. This study was carried out to identify the factors with effects on job satisfaction levels of health employees, which are included among work attitudes. Personnel of a public hospital, which is located in Adana, constitutes the universe of the study and questionnaire was used as data collection method. Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire was used to find out the job satisfaction of hospital employees. The questionnaires were given to total 838 health employees and response ratio was found to be 57% (n=477).
