The purpose of this study was to examine pre-service science teachers’ attitudes towards socioscientific issues in terms of gender and class level. The present study was designed as a cross-sectional survey and a-total of 169 pre-service science teachers voluntarily participated in the study. The data were collected via Attitudes towards Sociosicentific Issues Scale and personal information sheet. Findings revealed that there was no statistical significant effect of gender and class level on pre-service science teachers’ attitudes towards socioscientific issues.
