The study was car- ried out in the city centre of Nigde province from 12 elementary schools. Totally 230 elementary school teachers randomly selected participated in the study. In accordance with the purpose of the study, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent samples t-test, ANOVA (variance), Kruskal Wallis-H, Tukey-HSD and Mann Whitney-U tests were em- ployed in the study in order to examine the data obtained in terms of some variables (gender, occupational experience, educational level, and the settlement place of the school). “Assessment Scale of 2005 Curriculum” (Demir & Fer, 2005) was used in order to collect data for the study. For the statistical analyses SPSS 17.0 was used. It was also found out that teachers’ views on 2005 elementary curriculum statistically differed in relation to gender, occupational seniority, and educational level, but there was no statistical difference for the views of teachers on 2005 elementary curriculum with respect to the settlement place of the school variable.
