To survive in today's global competitive environment and increase competitiveness, many companies rely on a number of improving methods to offer their customers the best quality at the lowest cost and just in time to deliver services or products. Much of these efforts have focused on improving business processes that do not add value to businesses that provide benefits in the form of financial and customer satisfaction. The lean six sigma approach as a tool that emerged after 2000 years and used to improve the processes of enterprises can be expressed as a whole of systems that support lean production under "Lean Production" and systems that include "Six Sigma". In this study, lean six sigma issues were discussed and lean manufacturing and six sigma techniques were used to reduce energy use in a company's production processes in the beverage bottling industry. By using lean six sigma techniques (DMAIC: define, measure, analyze, improve, control), the energy usage was analyzed and the most energy consuming point was determined and as a result of the improved processes, the energy consumed in the pet bottling machine has been saved about 150.000 TL.
