Özet:

The article examines the methodical recommendations for integration of strategic planning process with the existent planning process of enterprise activities. The sequent steps of integration of strategic planning process of development are presented. The program «SP Expert» is recommended for expert appraisal of strategic planning process. The functional steps of the program are: a) expert appraisal of the existent strategic planning process in comparison with the «standard» one; b) selection of criteria; c) forming of the list of criteria of accordance of the existent strategic planning process with the «standard» one, distributing of the planned sum of financing of measures on mastering of the «standard» process of strategic planning.
