However, appraiser errors that may be encountered during the appraisal process may cause problems in many different subjects, especially those mentioned. In this context, the research aims to provide alternative solutions for the solution of the appraiser errors frequently experienced in the performance appraisal process. Accordingly, the most discussed and encountered appraiser errors in the literature were analyzed and alternative solution methods were discussed.
