Information technology (IT), quickly changing and developing, has increased applications and functions in organizations. It has been extensively used in both organizational and environmental functions. In this context, it is said that IT has influenced organizational performance. The study had been made to search that whether IT used the purpose in the other hand internal integration on the other hand external integration was an impact on organizational performance and how much of this effect was due to IT functions. The study which applied in the district of TR1 was performed on 368 participants in 187 enterprises. In statistical evaluation result, IT functions were grouped in two dimentions as functions for internal integration and external orientation. In contrast organizational performance remained in one dimension. It has been found that IT functions for both internal integration and external orientation are a significant impact on organizational performance. It also has been found that functions for external orientation of IT is larger than functions for internal integration the impact on organizational performance
