In recent years, rapid developments in information technology (IT) have enabled organizations to collect, store and reuse information. In this sense, organizations' use of information technology has a strategic pre-requisite in order to be one step ahead of competitors in today's competitive environment. The aim of this research is to determine whether the use of information system functions by health personnel is an effect on organizational performance. The problem of research is to reveal the effects of use of information system functions of health personnel on organizational performance. The research was carried out in three private hospitals located in Pendik, İstanbul. The universe of research constitutes the health personnel who are working in those hospitals. A simple random sample was used in determining the sample of research. A 5-point likert-type scale developed by Ozdemir and Dulkadir (2017) and consisting of 33 questions was used as data collection tool in the study. In addition, there are 5 questions on the questionnaire to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants. According to the findings obtained without working; there is a positive, significant, and very strong relationship between organizational performance and the functions of both external and internal focus of IT. It has been seen that the functions of both external and internal focus of IT have a positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, an effective increase in organizational performance has been observed as a result of the use of IT's external focus functions, and the organizational performance of employees has increased as the functions of IT for internal integration increase.
