Abstract:

The purpose of this research, university academic staff working in university-industry collaboration is to determine the trend towards. However, the trend of university-industry collaboration is a team of instructors differed by demographic characteristics shall be determined. The universe of research, Fırat University faculty members working in all academic units of the form. In this research, quantitative research methods used and data were collected by questionnaire technique. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 20 program. As a result of research, faculty titles, served by the mandate of the academic units and university-industry cooperation perspectives vary in some of the factors that have been identified. Besides academic staff with different demographic characteristics, theoretically, be transferred to industrial units in training some of the factors have been identified.
