The purpose of this study is primary to analyze the relationships between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior on nurses who work in a hospital in Konya city center. Secondarily, it is to define the effect levels of the perceptions of organizational justice on the organizational citizenship behavior and to expose whether there are any significant differences along with organizational justice and organizational citizenship behaviors which were divided into the demographic features of nurses. Questionnaire technique which were composed of the demographic variables, organizational justice scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale was used as data collection method in the study. Multiple comparisons were made with data obtained using SPSS Software for Windows 15.0, Pearson Correlation and Chi square analysis. Data obtained from study showed that there was a positive relation between the perception of organizational justice and the organizational citizenship behavior.
