Bu araştırmada, sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda girişimcilik becerilerinin ilkokul öğrencilerine kazandırılması için gerekli olan eğitim ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgubilim (fenomonolojik) deseni kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma grubunu, İstanbul Sultanbeyli ve Sancaktepe ilçelerinde çalışan 84 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Veriler, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan anket aracılığıyla toplanmış, içerik analizi tekniğiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; ilkokul programlarında, girişimcilikle ilgili kazanımların (35), konuların (25), etkinliklere ayrılan sürenin (42) ve ölçme değerlendirme araçlarının yetersiz olduğu (49) belirlenmiştir. Süreçte, “öğrencilerin derste isteksiz ve çekingen olmaları (10), okullarda materyal yetersizliği (12), toplumun (19) ve ailenin (21) girişimciliği desteklememesi (19),” gibi sorunların yaşandığı belirlenmiştir. Girişimcilerin; “özgüven (61), problem çözme (17) ve yaratıcılık (16)” gibi özelliklerinin, 4. sınıf öğrencilerine de kazandırılması gerektiği belirlenmiştir. Girişimcilikle ilgili proje geliştirme (25), yeni ve özgün ürünler tasarlama (23), girişimcilik, girişimci, girişimcilerin özellikleri (18), yenilik ve farklılık (13) gibi konuların öğretilmesi gerektiği belirlenmiştir.
This study aims to identify the educational needs necessary to provide entrepreneurial skills to primary school students in accordance with the opinions of class teachers. The research was carried out using the phenomonological design of the quality research patterns. The work group was formed by 84 class teachers working in the Sultanbeyli and Sancaktepe districts of Istanbul. The data was collected through an survey consisting of open-end questions developed by the researchers, evaluated by the content analysis technique. The research finds that in primary school programs, entrepreneurship-related achievements (35), subjects (25), time dedicated to activities (42) and measurement assessment tools (49) are insufficient. During the process, it was determined that there were problems such as "the disappointment and fear of students in the classroom (10), the lack of material in schools (12), the community (19) and the family (21) fail to support entrepreneurship (19)," It has been determined that entrepreneurs’ characteristics such as “self-confidence (61), problem-solving (17) and creativity (16)” should also be awarded to 4th-class students. It has been determined that subjects such as entrepreneurship-related project development (25), new and original product design (23), entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship characteristics (18), innovation and diversity (13) should be taught.
