The purpose of this study, to determine Turkish teachers' application and their evaluation forms. In this research, were interviewed 12 Turkish teachers in the context of qualitative research approach. Moreover, the activities of students write their applications in writing with documents written examination papers or documents as are investigated. According to the findings in the study reach, Turkish teachers, writing essay exam questions asked in the written narrative skills of the students, does not reflect exactly are adduced. The reason that the composition of the Turkish exam questions with other questions were given 40 minutes and all questions with enough time left to write compositions are indicated. Written expression when assessing the work of each teacher is evaluated by different criteria, all the teachers' union was not a general criterion. In addition, are kept more foreground formal features from content features in the evaluation of written expression studies.
