Bu çalışmada amaç, öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik nedenlerine yönelik öz algı düzeylerini belirleyecek bir ölçeğin geliştirilmesi olarak ifade edilebilir. Araştırmacılar tarafından yapılan alanyazın taraması ve öğretmen görüşmeleri sonucunda 45 maddelik bir deneme formu oluşturulmuştur. Uzman görüşlerinin uyarıları dâhilinde ölçek; 1’i kontrol maddesi olmak üzere toplam 53 madde olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışma grubu olarak 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılı içerisinde Türkiye geneli ortaokullarda görev yapan 400 öğretmene ölçek formu ulaştırılmıştır. Bu öğretmenlerden 354’ü gönüllü olarak çalışmaya dönüt vermiştir. Katılımcıların işaretlediği 354 ölçekten 33 tanesi çalışma içerisinden çıkarılmış ve doğru olarak doldurulduğu kabul edilen 321 ölçek formu analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Uzman görüşleri yardımıyla ölçeğin kapsam ve görünüş geçerliği sağlanmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği ise Açıklayıcı Faktör Analizi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Faktör analizinin ardından ölçeğin 4 faktörlü olduğu belirlenmiştir. Açıklayıcı faktör analizinin ardından ölçeğe doğrulayıcı faktör analizi uygulanmış ve ortaya çıkan model ile verilerin uyum gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Faktörlerin toplam varyansı açıklama yüzdesinin % 50.610 olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirliği için Cronbach Alpha katsayısı hesaplanmış ve değer 0.84 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin faktörlere göre Cronbach Alpha değerlerinin ise 0.81-0.84 arasında olduğu belirlenmiştir. Madde-toplam korelasyon değerleri 0.547- 0.846 arasında değişmektedir. Bu doğrultuda maddeler açısından madde-toplam korelasyon değerlerinin çok iyi olduğu görülmektedir. Ulaşılan bulgular ışığında öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik düzeylerine yönelik öz algılarını belirlenmek amacıyla “Öğretmenlerde Tükenmişlik Düzeyleri Öz Algı Ölçeği” geliştirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda bu ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik açısından uygun olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The purpose of this study can be said to develop a scale to determine the self perception of the teachers towards their burnout level. After examining the literature and taking the opinions of the teachers, a draft form with 45 items was developed by the researcher. With the suggestions of the experts, the scale was determined with 53 items one of which is a control item. The scale was presented to the 400 teachers working in all over Turkey as a study group in 2015-2016 academic year. 354 teachers responded to the scale voulaterly. 33 responses out of 354 were left out and the other 321 were analysed. The content and the realibility of the scale was provided with the expert ideas. The validity of the scale was measured by Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA). After the factor analysis, the scale was determined as 4 factors. After Explanatory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was implemented to the scale and the consensus that the model’s and the data’s being coherent has been reached. It was seen that the percentage of the total factors variance is % 50.610. Cronbach Alpha (α) cofficiency was calculated for the reability of the scale and it was found as 0.84. Cronbach Alpha values related to the factors of the scale are between 0.81-0.84. Matter-sum correlation values change between 0.547- 0.846. In this respect, the matter-sum correlation values related to the matter is at desired level. Related to the obtained data, self perceptions of the teachers towards burnout level, to determined through the developed “Burnout Level Self-Perception Level Of Teachers Scale”. At the same time, it was seen that the scale meet the criteria regarding to its validitiy and realibility.
