The findings revealed that male and female students have different preferences during the sleep preparation process, sleep problems are seen more intensely in students who use nutrition and technological equipment before sleeping, similar interactions are experienced in sleep patterns in friends groups, there is a positive correlation between sleep quality and duration of the students and their academic achievement. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that most of the students did not have good quality sleeping habits from young ages, they were in the wrong choices for sleep preparation and after sleeping and they were affecting their friends about the unhealthy sleeping processes. It was found that they experienced compliance problems depending on all these factors and that sleep problems had a negative effect on their attendance and academic achievement.
