This study aims to evaluation the comment of patient about family practice as well as determining whether their level of satisfaction differs according to some demographic characteristics. The study population constituted patients who admitted to Kale Family Health Center operating in the Province of Kahramanmaş. The research was conducted between November 1, 2016 and December 20, 2016. No sampling selection was performed in the study, and all the patients admitted were tried to be reached. In this context, 208 questionnaires were responded completely by the patients and 208 questionnaires were included in the analysis. One way analysis of variance was used for data analysis. The results of the study demonstrate an service satisfaction level at 1.50, an process satisfaction level at 2.00, family practice level at 2.20 and general satisfaction level at 2.06. The study indicates a significant difference between knowledge level about selection physicians and evaluation about waiting process, and some demographic features. In the study, it was determined that the satisfaction level of physicians is very high about family practice.
