Job satisfaction is defined as positive emotions and thoughts that employees have developed against their work, and is affected by different variables. On the other hand, The work-family conflict is defined as incompatibility of role requirements arising from work and family. The relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction has been a frequent issue in recent years. In this study, the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction of those employed in accommodation businesses and those working intensively in tourizm sector has been tried to be investigated using the questionnaire from the quantitative research methods. As a result of the analysis of the data, there is a weak negative relation between job satisfaction and work-family conflict. It has been determined that the increase in the level of work-family conflict reduces the level of job satisfaction even at a weaker rate.
