The Turkish language has been divided into different dialects because of some historical and political reasons as well as various language-internal reasons from past to present. Although some dialects match up substantially with each other in terms of vocabulary, other dialects match up slightly. There are the partial similar voice false equivalence words which have gone through semantic and phonological modification in between Karachay-Malkar Turkish and Turkey Turkish. In this study will be analyzed the partial similar voice and different in meaning words, which are phonetic or utterance, not the semantic. Also, it will be focused on the partial similar voice false equivalence words in vocabularies of between Karachay-Malkar Turkish and Turkey Turkish, the partial similar voicefalse equivalence words will be identified and has been focused on meaning differences.
