Turkish, as well as internal reasons of language, divided into different dialects in 20th century by political causes. The dialects show similarities and separate from each other in some respects. Some dialects show a little association although they correspond to themselves in terms of vocable existence. After the independence of new Turkish states and from the midst of 90s, the acceleration of transmission between dialects provided the recognition of vocable existences of other dialects. These transmission activities have brought variable transmission problems, too. The main problem of them is the transmission of “mendacious synonym words of dialects”. In this research, the problems in transmission of proverbs and idioms from Turkish of Turkey that is in the group of Western Turkish to Uzbek Turkish that is in Southeastern dialects are stated and the difference in meaning is examined. It is understood that these differences are originated from the influence of semantic events like multi-meaning, expansion of meaning, homonymous. In this research, we have examined some proverbs and idioms in Turkish of Turkey and then have tried to figure out the transmission problems to aforementioned dialect.
