This research has been done to examine the relationship between organizational ambidexterity and leadership. Firstly, the theoretical part of research was presented, then, findings of the empirical research were presented. In the empirical research part, in order to test the relationship between organizational ambidexterity andleadership, a survey study was conducted on totally 142 participants including senior, mid-level and junior administrative officer operating in various sectors in the province of Kahramanmaras. Findings obtained from field study indicate that there is a significant and positive relationship between organizational ambidexterity and organizational learning.
