The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between leader-member exchange and work alienation for to contribute productivity for hotel employees. For this purpose, a self-administered questionnaire was developed and applied on 289 five star hotel employees in Marmaris and İstanbul. Convenience sampling method was used for to get data. According to the results of this study, Leader-member exchange and work alienation was differed according to demographic variables. A negative and weak correlation was found between leader-member exchange, affect, contribution, professional respect and work alienation. The findings suggested that when leader-member exchange, affect, contribution, professional respect increase work alienation decreases.
